WOULD YOU LIKE TO....

  • Help take care of the poor and set captives free...literal human slaves who are trafficked and sold?
  • Help raise money for yourself or your group, business, non-profit, church or house of worship?
  • Drink delicious, premium 100% Fair Trade organic coffee for about 40¢ (FORTY cents) per cup?
  • Stop child slavery and slave wages for people who work dawn to dark every day?
  • Help entire coffee farming communities provide living wages for the farmers and harvesters, build schools, medical clinics and have clean water?
  • Help steward the planet in a responsible manner and save wild animal and bird habitats?

OF COURSE YOU WOULD!

Part of how we spread the word about stopping child labor and slavery (and abusive slave wages for coffee farmers) -- as well as raise money to donate to various charities, non-profits and ministries -- is with 100% Fair Trade/direct trade and 100% organic coffee...ALL our coffees are BOTH organic and fairly traded!

One thing that's different about Coffee 4 Change's organic Fairtrade coffee is that YOU can earn money for you, your family, your church, sports team,  business or favorite charity by fundraising with coffee!  (click here to learn how!)

Everyone knows we Americans LOVE our coffee, and drinking -- and serving -- organic, shade grown, Fair Trade coffee (that's freshly roasted and absolutely delicious) is something that makes EVERYONE involved feel good about themselves!

We're helping people AND helping the planet (shade grown coffee preserves critical habitats for critters and birds PLUS the organic farming methods are helping heal the land the coffee is grown on -- and the communities long exposed to dangerous chemicals.  There are no harmful chemicals used in the growing process of our coffees...did you know that over 1,000 chemicals have been reported in roasted coffee and that more than HALF of those tested (19/28) are RODENT CARCINOGENS?  Coffee's negative health effects are often blamed on its caffeine content but we believe it's the CHEMICALS, NOT THE COFFEE!  Instant coffee has a much greater amount of acrylamide than brewed coffee.

There are health benefits to organic, chemical free coffee too, MANY benefits.  "The presence of antioxidants in coffee has been shown to prevent free radicals from causing cell damage. A recent study showed that roast coffee, high in lipophilic antioxidants and chlorogenic acid lactones, protected primary neuronal cell cultures against hydrogen peroxide-induced cell death.

"Researchers involved in an ongoing 22-year study by the Harvard School of Public Health state that "the overall balance of risks and benefits of coffee are on the side of benefits."  Men who drank six or more cups of coffee per day were found to have a 20% reduction in developing prostate cancer.

"Other studies suggest coffee consumption reduces the risk of being affected by Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, heart disease, diabetes mellitus type 2, cirrhosis of the liver, depression and gout.

"A longitudinal study in 2009 showed that those who consumed a moderate amount of coffee or tea (3–5 cups per day) at midlife were less likely to develop dementia and Alzheimer's disease in late-life compared with those who drank little coffee or avoided it altogether." (source:  Wikipedia)

Holding coffee parties is the perfect way to introduce people to HEALTHY, organic (meaning petrochemical and pesticide free) that is seriously delicious and costs about 40¢ per cup of coffee!  (You can't GET coffee this fresh in any coffee shop...let alone organic AND fair trade/direct trade...for anywhere NEAR this price...FORTY CENTS PER CUP!!!)

We've read that for every $3.00 cup of coffee you buy at any Starbuck's in Nashville, only 3¢ goes to the coffee farmers...NOT true with our Fair Trade organic coffee.  We pay direct to our farmers AND have many projects going to help their communities.

You can bring it to a tailgate party, your MeetUp group, your office, your aerobics class (did you know recent studies have proven coffee is HEALTHY for you?), your bridge club, your sports team or ANYWHERE since 75% of Americans drink coffee and 60% drink it every day.

Bringing premium, organic 100% Fair Trade coffee to share; coffee that tastes delicious AND helps people (both for their health AND those in the coffee farming communities), is ALWAYS welcome.  Invite friends over or hold a FUNdraiser for your company, non-profit group or house of worship!

We did a comparison for organic coffee Nashville in a few local stores and here's what we found:  organic coffee averages about $1 per ounce, some a little less and some a little higher.  Our coffee is in the same price range as Starbuck's and Dunkin' Donuts with one crucial difference:  we ship directly to your home AND all our coffee is 100% organic AND Fair Trade!!

In one store, the Starbuck's we looked at had been sitting on the shelf since January (9 months) and the Dunkin' Donuts had been there since March (6 months).  If you like good coffee, chances are you prefer it super fresh!  Most Fair Trade coffee is sold in 12 oz. bags while our coffee is sold in full pounds, 12 oz. bags AND in 4 oz. sampler size (for those who don't drink as much or simply want to enjoy a variety) and all our coffee comes in your choice ground or whole bean.)

25% of the proceeds from our coffee & chocolate is donated to stopping human trafficking, child sex
trafficking and child slave labor.  View the Ministries page to view some of the charities we support.
